      <image:title>Home - My Approach</image:title>
<image:caption>My approach to counseling draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and Adlerian principles—all of which help us understand how your thoughts, relationships, and early experiences shape who you are today. But I also believe that true mental health goes beyond any single theory. That’s why I take a holistic view of wellness—one that considers your emotional, social, spiritual, medical, and behavioral needs. When we look at the whole person, not just the symptoms, we create space for deeper healing and lasting change. I also believe that counseling isn’t one-size-fits-all. The approach we take should not only reflect my training but also honor you—your unique story, strengths, and goals. Together, we’ll find the path that feels most supportive, authentic, and effective for you.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - My Promise</image:title>
<image:caption>My promise to you is simple: I will create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. I will show up with an open heart, be fully present with you, and listen deeply to your experiences. Together, we will walk this journey toward healing, at your pace. I am here to help you recognize the strengths that already live within you and support you as you build on them. We’ll work together to move through the obstacles that have been holding you back, so you can step into the life you deserve—one that’s filled with peace, clarity, and the fulfillment of your goals.</image:caption>
